The application is FREE, and only necessary for fiddlers who are new to the Mastery program. (Returning Mastery students do not need to submit applications.) There is no obligation to register if you apply!

We'll ask you to answer a few short questions about your fiddle experience, and then upload a video of yourself playing a tune. Applicants will be notified on a rolling basis. Your acceptance means that we have a group that's perfect for your level and experience.

Yes. Since Mastery Certification goes hand-in-hand with Fiddle School's online curriculum, you would need to maintain an active Fiddle School membership to access our sequential learning videos, tune materials, and community resources.

A NOTE ON TIMING OF PAYMENTS: If you choose to pay over time (monthly), you will be charged at the same time monthly, for 12 months, starting from the date of registration. This may mean that you are charged for Mastery 2025 during several months in 2024, before Mastery begins in January. However, this also means your monthly payments will end early in 2025!

Spots in the Mastery Certification program are in high demand, and we tailor our curriculum around each individual student who signs up. By registering (paying) in the fall, you are not only securing your spot, but giving your teachers time to build a personalized curriculum for you.

Mastery 1: First 3 Mondays of each month at 3 PM PT/4 PM MT

Mastery 2: First 3 Tuesdays of each month at 5 PM PT/6 PM MT

Mastery 3: First 3 Tuesdays of each month at 3 PM PT/4 PM MT

Mastery 4: First 3 Mondays of each month at 5 PM PT/6 PM MT

Mastery 4x: First 3 Wednesdays of each month at 2 PM PT/3 PM MT

ALL CLASSES (MASTERY-WIDE ACTIVITY): Fourth Monday* of each Month at 5 PM PT/6 PM MT

(*When this falls on a holiday, Mastery-Wide Activity will take place on the fourth Tuesday)

Mastery Certification is a one-year investment in your growth on the fiddle. We understand that participation may ebb and flow with the demands of life! However, we do not offer refunds for Mastery. Monthly payment plans have a 12-month commitment.
